First Nations: your organization owns its data, controls who sees it, and can ask us to export or delete it. We built Report Creator with OCAP® principles in mind. We don't claim it is OCAP-certified, and some processing happens outside Canada.
The database that holds your project documents, check-ins and notes is in a Canadian data centre (Montreal). The servers that run Report Creator and the AI service Gary uses are outside Canada, so your information is processed there. Emails and text messages we send go through our email and text providers.
Gary uses a third-party AI service. Each time he reads your documents, runs a check-in or writes a draft, the text of your documents and conversations, and any photos or scans you ask him to read, are sent to that service for that request. It processes them outside Canada.
